Jejich návrh předloží pouze vybraný dodavatel na základě výzvy zadavatele postupem podle článku 11.2 zadávací dokumentace. Dále je součástí předmětu plnění poskytování všech služeb spojených s držením poskytnuté záruky na celý dodaný předmět plnění prioritně v místě dodávky vozidla, výjimečně lze dohodnout poskytnutí záručního servisu pro podvozek v místě nejbližšího autorizovaného servisu. Dodané nízkoemisní vozidlo musí umožnit využívat alternativní palivo podle zákona č. 360/2022 Sb. with tender notice no. 540691-2026 published on 06 Aug 2026.
