Dodavatel v návrhu smlouvy o poskytování servisních služeb uvede neměnnou roční paušální cenu za servisní služby bez náhradních dílů, bez a vč. DPH – cena bude obsahovat všechny servisní zásahy, cestovné, kontrolu, garanci zprovoznění zařízení ve dnech dle podmínek návrhu smlouvy. Zadavatelem uvedená předpokládaná potřeba servisních služeb a kontrol úniků fluorovaných skleníkových plynů je pouze orientační a v žádném případě nezavazuje zadavatele k provedení těchto služeb. Jednotlivé servisní služby budou realizovány na základě dílčích objednávek zadavatele. Kontroly úniku fluorovaných skleníkových plynů budou realizovány pravidelně.
