Důraz je kladen zejména na operativnost a aktuálnost poskytovaných dat, která budou sloužit jako podklad pro rozhodování objednatele o dalším postupu řešení havarijní situace. Objednatel dále požaduje, aby zhotovitel byl schopen pružně reagovat na vývoj situace v lokalitě, zejména na změny rozsahu nebo intenzity znečištění.
