Nově vybudované laboratorní prostory třídy „K“ budou realizovány z SDK příček, čisté prostory (klasifikace třídy A, B, C a D) budou vystavěny z kovových sendvičových panelů. Stavební práce budou probíhat za souběžného provozu stávajících laboratoří s čistými prostory v části 3.NP.
