Zhotovitel bude spolupracovat při vydání příslušných rozhodnutí do nabytí jejich právní moci. - Zhotovení Projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby dráhy (PDPS), která rozpracuje a vymezí požadavky na stavbu do podrobností, které specifikují předmět Díla v takovém rozsahu, aby byla podkladem pro výběrové řízení na zhotovení stavby, včetně posouzení shody nebo vhodnosti pro použití prvku interoperability či ES prohlášení o ověření subsystému oznámeným subjektem. - Zhotovení Aktualizace záměru projektu podle Pravidel přípravy a realizace akcí dopravní infrastruktury financovaných Státním fondem dopravní infrastruktury (dále jen „Pravidla MD“). Rozsah tohoto plnění si Objednatel vyhrazuje jako změnu závazku ze smlouvy v souladu s ustanovením § 100 odst. 1 ZZVZ. Plnění bude Zhotovitel realizovat na základě pokynu Objednatele při překročení předpokládaných investičních nákladů o 10 % anebo při zásadních změnách technického řešení stavby. Výkon Dozoru projektanta při zhotovení PDPS a při provádění stavby.
