Restaurování bude probíhat ve lhůtě a za podmínek uvedených v závazném návrhu smlouvy (dále též jen „smlouva“), který je v Příloze č. 3 zadávací dokumentace, v rozsahu a za použití materiálů a technologických postupů uvedených v dokumentu Záměr restaurování varhan. Chrám Božího Těla a Panny Marie Bolestné, Český Krumlov. Štěpán Svoboda, 2022 (dále též jen „restaurátorský záměr“), který je v Příloze č. 5 zadávací dokumentace, a v souladu s podmínkami, které stanoví Závazné stanovisko MUCK 31958/2023/OPP/JL k restaurování varhan v kostele Božího Těla a Panny Marie na pozemku st. p. 761, kostel Božího těla a Panny Marie, Latrán, Český Krumlov (dále též jen „závazné stanovisko“), které je v Příloze č. 6 zadávací dokumentace. with tender notice no. 503361-2026 published on 22 Jul 2026. Předmětem veřejné zakázky je restaurování varhanního stroje s mechanickou trakturou a zásuvkovými vzdušnicemi, s hlavním strojem o jedenácti rejstřících, pedálem o pěti rejstřících a positivem o šesti rejstřících, s hracím stolem vsazeným do postamentu hlavní skříně a se vzduchovou soustavou s klínovými měchy (dále též jen „varhanní stroj“), který je součástí varhan postavených v letech 1678–1682 Nicolasem Christeindlem a Bernhardem Wollersem (dále též jen „varhany“) v kostela Božího Těla a Panny Marie v Českém Krumlově, nacházejícího se na pozemku p. č. 761 v k. ú. Český Krumlov (dále též jen „kostel“). Kostel je součástí kulturní památky klášter minoritský, která je zapsaná v Ústředním seznamu kulturních památek pod rejstříkovým číslem ÚSKP 33669/3-1174 a je částí území Historického centra Českého Krumlova, požívajícího plošné památkové ochrany typu světové dědictví UNESCO, rejstříkové číslo ÚSKP 3. Restaurování bude probíhat ve lhůtě a za podmínek uvedených v závazném návrhu smlouvy (dále též jen „smlouva“), který je v Příloze č. 3 zadávací dokumentace, v rozsahu a za použití materiálů a technologických postupů uvedených v dokumentu Záměr restaurování varhan.
