The subject of the performance of the public contract is the repair of bathrooms No 502 503 508 and 509 of the annex building of the Castle Hotel T e n nThis mainly concerns n preparatory work clearing the premises and dismantling of tiles paving existing sanitary facilities n inspection of plumbing and adjustment of electricity distribution n preparation of waste and supply pipes for new equipment n work with tiling and paving surface treatment laying jointing and n installation of furnishings and accessories installation of lighting n nBefore the work starts sampling of colors furnishings tiling and paving will take place the samples will be approved by the customer s responsible person n nFurthermore noise reduction measures will be taken on the walls between the rooms that are connected at the same time doors n nThis mainly involves n dismantling of existing doors including frames n addition of a noise-absorbing board e g WOLF TWIN acoustic board or similar material nwith comparable acoustic parameters to the existing plasterboard SDK structure n modification and completion of the SDK structure execution of final surface treatment n execution of painting works to the extent affected by the implementation of noise-abiding measures n nRepair bathrooms will be available according to the occupancy of the premises of the T e Castle the rooms will be vacated gradually The contractor undertakes to minimize the impact of the work on the comfort of the accommodated guests n nThe contracting authority will not release to the contractor premises used for the construction of facilities for operational social purposes and material storage in the grounds of the Castle Hotel T e Objects and equipment necessary for the realization of the construction can be placed on plot No 2650 1 of which the annex is a part n nThe construction contractor may be provided with accommodation in the premises of the annex for an agreed payment n nThe client draws a contribution to ensure the work and this will not be provided to him in the event that the relevant budget item of the Joint Activities Center of the AS CR is not approved for the relevant calendar year v v i In the event that the client does not receive the above contribution each of the contracting parties is entitled to withdraw from this contract in writing n nSubject of performance and the scope of the work is specified in more detail in the draft contract and its annexes see Annex No 3 of this Call Draft Contract for the work hereinafter also draft Contract Annex No 1 of the Contract List of works technical specification Annex No 2 of the Contract Jointing of the bathroom n nIf product brands or technologies are mentioned in the text of the items or specifications the contracting authority allows the use of other qualitatively and technically similar products for the performance of the public contract 45211310-5 Bathroom construction work Vyso ina Region 45211310-5 Bathroom construction work Bathroom construction work Conference center Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic T e Castle ul Dr Richtra 234 6 589 01 T e
