The subject of the performance of the VZ is the repeated supply of filter material for air conditioning hereinafter VZT in the client s facilities according to the individual items listed in Appendix No 4 of the ZP These are deliveries of new unused VZT filters both pocket and frame filters mode A and HEPA filters for which the client also requires their replacement with the delivery mode B Part of the scope of performance is also the removal of used filters and their ecological disposal nDelivery classification and marking of pocket filters must comply with the SN EN ISO 16890 standard for classification of filters nPart of the scope of performance is also comprehensive provision of safe and professional replacement of filters for three-stage filtration according to the required cleanliness of the environment so-called final HEPA filters with their delivery and delivery of reports on measurement and replacement of HEPA filters incl elimination of defects with the supply of the necessary material detected during the replacement of HEPA filters all in accordance with the CSN EN 1822-1 standard nFilter material means individual filter materials hereinafter referred to as filters specified in more detail in Appendix No 4 of the ZP which will be supplied according to the items and in the number specified in the individual orders in the case of HEPA filters that will be supplied and replaced at the same time issued by the contracting authority for the specified period in sufficiently in advance or in accordance with the delivery period specified in Appendix No 3 of the RFP in the proper quality and required quantity and in accordance with the other conditions of this procurement procedure nIn Appendix No 4 of the RFP a complete list of filters for all HVAC equipment in the contracting authority s premises is given HEPA filters are usually replaced once a year pocket filters are nchanged several times a year nThe contracting authority reserves the right not to remove or exceed the stated quantity of filters with regard to the number and composition of the devices for which the filters are intended nThe subject of the public contract must be delivered in full compliance with generally binding legal regulations and technical standards nThe site inspection will take place on 4 7 2026 at 1 00 p m 42514310-8 Air filters Capital Prague 42514310-8 Air filters Air filters
