The subject of the performance of this public order is the provision of polygraphic services - production of printed materials including final bookbinding processing hereinafter referred to as polygraphic services The types of printed materials are specified by the contracting authority in Annex No 4 of the procurement documentation - Technical specifications and tender prices hereinafter also Price list of printed materials and in Annex No 2 of the procurement documentation - Binding proposal of the framework contract nFor the purpose of the performance of this public contract the contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement with a maximum of five suppliers within the meaning of 132 paragraph 2 of the Act who have submitted a bid and who based on the evaluation carried out according to Article No 11 of this tender documentation will place the 1st - 5th best rated out of the evaluated bids nIn the event that less than 5 bids are evaluated the framework agreement will be concluded with all participants who have met all the qualification prerequisites and other conditions specified in the tender documentation The number of winning participants must be at least two in accordance with Section 133 Paragraph 3 of the Act nAccording to the provisions of 135 of the Act the public contract based on the framework agreement will be awarded by a procedure with the renewal of the competition hereinafter also mini-tender between the participants of the framework agreement Specific specifications of individual deliveries according to Annex No 1 ZD Selection of printed materials_evaluated basket will be included in individual calls for tenders according to the provisions of 135 paragraph 1 letter a of the Act with the fact that the evaluation criterion will always be the lowest tender price in CZK without VAT n nFor details see OFFER - DILCI VEREJNA ZAKAZKA n 22100000-1 Printed books brochures and leaflets Czech Republic 22100000-1 Printed books brochures and xa0leaflets Printed books brochures and xa0leaflets
