The subject of the public contract is the Development of a territorial study Inspection of the 110 kV VHV electrical line Slu ovice Slavi n The considered scope of cadastral territories concerned is Doln Lhota Luha ovice Podhrad Provodov Pozlovice which may be extended to cadastral territories other than these listed cadastral territories in the course of processing n nThe order will be processed in accordance with 61 and 67 of Act No 283 2021 Coll Construction Act as amended The detail of all parts of the study is determined by the extent of the area covered see the affected municipality and the use of the study as a basis for changing the Principles of Territorial Development of the Zl n Region The data of the territorial study will be in accordance with 37 of Decree No 157 2024 Coll on spatial analysis documents spatial planning documentation and a uniform standard as amended submitted in a machine-readable format according to the requirements set out in Annex No 25 to this decree nThe territorial study text and drawing part will be provided with an authorization stamp and designer s signature authorization according to 4 and 17 of Act No 360 1992 Coll focusing on territorial planning The basic scale of the graphic part will be 1 100 000 wider relations on a scale of 1 500 000 n nThe territorial study will have three stages nI tAnalytical part - Based on territorial analytical documents additional surveys and analysis of the designer the situation in the territory will be evaluated First of all a list of observed phenomena will be compiled with a detailed description against which both routes will be evaluated Part of the analytical part will be the processing of separate documentation of the effects of both routes on the environment SEA and the effects on the landscape Based on the obtained data a problem drawing will be processed which will specify the conditions of the solution in the next stage of processing n nII tThe draft part will contain a clear assessment of the collisions of selected phenomena on both routes and the location of substations as well as outputs from the assessment of the effects on the environment and the assessment of the effects on the landscape It will also include an estimate of the occupation of the agricultural land fund and land intended to fulfill the function of the forest a technical-economic assessment and a SWOT analysis nThe draft part of the spatial study will contain clear conclusions i e a clear comparison of both routes confirmation of the feasibility and acceptability of the change of route and final recommendations for subsequent land-use planning activities nThe study will be part of processing II stages draft part discussed with selected concerned authorities The discussion of the territorial study proposal with the concerned authorities will be documented in writing in the documentation section n nIII tList - incorporated the results of discussions with the concerned authorities The study will be presented to representatives of the Zl n region and the authorized investor nSubsequently on the basis of instructions for completion from the developer a clean copy of the territorial study will be prepared and the SEA assessment updated if necessary nThe text part will also include a documentary part with the content of records from meetings control days records from any sub-meetings of the processor and initial documents and sources if any will always be clearly listed next n n n 71400000-2 Spatial planning and landscape architecture Zl n region 71400000-2 Spatial planning and xa0landscape architecture Spatial planning and xa0landscape architecture - 13178118
