The subject of the small-scale public contract hereinafter referred to as VZMR is the provision of services which for the purposes of this VZMR is understood as Race catering in the form of electronic meal vouchers with a nominal value of CZK 160 for the period from 1 3 2026 after the contract enters into force to 31 3 2028 The provision of the service will be provided gradually after partial performance in accordance with the conditions set out in the draft Framework Agreement for the provision of catering services for the military establishment 4502 Liberec and the military unit 4261 Liberec in the form of electronic meal vouchers which form an integral part of the procurement documentation of this VZMR hereinafter also ZD VZMR The Participant shall attach to his offer a draft of the Framework Agreement which forms an appendix to this procurement documentation - he shall add to the Draft Agreement in particular his identification data the bid price the signature of the authorized person and other data that respond to the conditions of the award of this RFP The contracting authority reserves the right to specify the final wording of the contract on the formal side before signing the contract with the selected participant The client does not allow variant solutions 30199770-8 Stravenky Libereck kraj 30199770-8 Stravenky Stravenky
