The The State and Municipalities' Procurement Service A/S in Denmark from Europe region has released this tender for SKI hereby offers a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as the System) for the procurement of IT operations and related services. It is voluntary for all SKI's customers, as stated in Appendix B Customer List, to use the System when they are to procure IT operations services. The customer list in Appendix B.1 indicates the customers and their organizations that are customers of SKI at the time of the tender and can thus use the System. However, the dynamic purchasing system can be used throughout the duration of the System by all contracting authorities that are customers of SKI at the time of publication of a specific procurement in the System. All parts of the Danish state, regions and municipalities - including public companies and publicly owned companies that are subject to a tendering obligation as a result of their public ownership - can become customers of SKI by taking out a subscription covering their organization. When new clients become customers of SKI, SKI will update the customer list on SKI.dk and announce on SKI.dk that a change has been made to SKI's customer list, as well as which clients are new customers of SKI and from which date they can publish purchases in the system. The customer list in Appendix B.1 will not be updated after the tendering time. Instead, SKI's current customer list will be publicly available on SKI.dk. The system will be offered as one overall category with one overall subject for IT operation services. The category has been created with the customer's need to procure IT operation services across the subject's service areas in mind. The system can be used to procure the following service areas: 1. Cloud operation 2. Data center operation 3. Co-Location 4. Network operation 5. Application operation 6. End-user services 7.
