The Services and related services to be delivered are regulated in more detail in the Contract with annexes and include, among other things, delivery, implementation, operation and maintenance of a new ESDH solution, which is based on a “Software as a Service” (“SaaS”). The ESDH solution must meet a number of general and functional requirements as well as customized functionality to support Movia’s customer inquiries and Web forms (hereinafter referred to as the “Solution”), cf. Annex 2 (Requirements Specification). Movia wants the Solution to be based on standard functionality (cloud) to the greatest extent possible, and that maintenance must be as simple as possible. These are Services that place particularly stringent requirements on the Supplier with regard to data integrity, confidentiality and availability. It is therefore expected that the Supplier will at all times test and guarantee the integrity and completeness of the data processed in the Solution. Movia wishes to create independence from suppliers and products in order to optimize the utilization of its resources both economically and commercially. The Supplier must therefore, as part of the fulfillment of the Contract, contribute actively and independently to the realization of this goal, including ensuring Movia's ability to re-tender and transfer the tasks that are currently performed by the Supplier after the Solution has been delivered, including maintenance.
