EU tender for a framework agreement regarding the provision of comprehensive consultancy to Hundested Sports Center in Halsnæs Municipality

However, the Client strives to ensure that the selected general consultant is involved to the greatest extent possible in the development and implementation of the projects covered by the vision for the area. The framework agreement is based on ABR 18 and the Service Description for Construction and Landscape 2018 (YBL18) and sets out the overall terms for the general consultant's delivery of advisory services to the Client. Based on the framework agreement, the Client can request specific advisory tasks on an ongoing basis. A separate agreement supplement (ATR – Agreement on Activity, Time and Resources) is concluded for each task, in which the purpose of the task, services, deliveries, schedule, staffing, consultant competencies, expected resource consumption, fees and other task-specific conditions are determined.
