The Establishment and Terrain Command in Denmark from Europe region has released this tender for This project is part of the Defence Command and ETK s overall plan for Facilities for the Army Heavy Brigade FHTB FHTB includes the conversion and new construction of a number of establishments around the country which will ensure the facilities for the Army Heavy Brigade This tender concerns the main contract for 582 Aalborg Barracks The construction at Aalborg Barracks includes the following The project includes the construction of two identical garage buildings with associated office towers Each building consists of a central garage facility to support daily operations and two integrated office towers on three floors located at the ends of the building The office towers contain workplaces meeting and teaching facilities as well as the necessary welfare functions including living rooms changing rooms and other staff facilities The garage buildings are designed for vehicles equipment and associated operational functions while the office towers bring together the administrative functions and create a modern framework for both management planning and staff The design of the buildings ensures a functional connection between operational and office functions as well as good internal connections between the work areas The project also includes manoeuvring and driving areas around the buildings which ensure access and efficient operation for larger vehicles In addition P Syd a larger parking lot for trucks and other heavy vehicles will be established The area will be designed with a focus on traffic safety and functionality including clear separation of driving and pedestrian traffic as well as safe pedestrian connections between the parking areas the buildings and the area s other functions Main quantities The total gross area per building is approx 6 563 m2 divided into 1st floor approx 3 686 m2 2nd floor approx 1 866 m2 3rd floor approx 1 011 m2 Total building area 2 x 6 563 m2 13 126 m2 Terrain at buildings 157 and 158 Approx 29 000 m2 of coloc pavement around buildings and associated manoeuvring areas Parking facilities for approx 100 passenger cars P Syd Approx 45 000 m2 of coloc pavement Approx 3 000 m2 of green areas with planting Approx 1 000 m2 of walkways The above shall contain approx 295 parking spaces for heavy vehicles 12 5 x 5 8 m of which a significant part is designed with the possibility of parking vehicles up to 25 m in length For the detailed content of the main contract please refer to the other tender materials which for security reasons will only be provided at the time when the companies that ETK prequalifies to submit a tender have signed a confidentiality declaration cf point 3 The applicant s request for prequalification must therefore be submitted solely on the basis of the information in these prequalification conditions with tender notice no. 00619146-2026 published on 08 Sep 2026.
