The establishment of the 27 container sites is also included in the contract. The container sites are divided into 15 sites with L-elements to accommodate differences in level and 12 sites on the ground. The roofing itself consists of 30 columns and foundations. It should be noted regarding the foundations that the 27 container sites and roofing must be placed on an existing landfill, which is why pile foundations must not be used. The foundations must therefore have a maximum depth of 1.3 meters. This will mean that all new structures covered by the contract, including the foundations of container stands with L-elements and the roof, will be founded on the underlying landfill, which may cause settlements. The client has prepared a project proposal to ensure that the project is buildable prior to a tender. A number of assumptions have been made as a basis for the proposed construction, including calculations of statics. In connection with submitting a tender, the tenderer must either verify the project's assumptions as proposed by the client, or calculate new assumptions as part of the tender.
