The Kolding Stadion Tribune ApS in Denmark from Europe region has released this tender for JORTON A/S has been appointed as the delegated developer for the project "Kolding Stadium - Stage 3" based on Executive Order 2026/S 44-150131. Stage 3 constitutes a significant part of the continued development and modernization of Kolding Stadium and includes the establishment of new facilities on the north and south sides of the stadium. Together with the already established west stand, the stage will contribute to creating a more coherent and functional stadium complex with improved facilities for players, users, spectators, sponsors and other visitors. Stage 3 generally includes the following main works: -Establishment of the north stand with associated building and audience facilities. -Establishment of the south stand with associated building and audience facilities and an underlying parterre with changing facilities and associated functions. -Establishment of building roundabouts that connect the north and south stands with the existing west stand. The building roundabouts will include administration facilities, fitness and lounge and living facilities. -Establishment and restructuring of external areas, including access areas, paving, terrain works and other landscape works. -Establishment of parking areas to the north and associated terrain, paving and utility works. Kolding Tribune ApS is the client for this project and has appointed JORTON A/S as the general contractor for the project, which acts as the delegated Client on behalf of Kolding Tribune ApS. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2028. Consolidation Act No. 116 of 3 February 2025. The specialist contracts are tendered in a public tender, cf. Sections 56-57 of the Public Procurement Act, where the Client tenders each specialist contract as a partial contract (subcontract) based on AB 18 with deviations. The professional contractors will act as subcontractors to JORTON A/S.
