The Building Authority in Denmark from Europe region has released this tender for I - BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE The Danish Building Authority is offering a contract for the provision of a SaaS solution for IT support of property administration and rental in the Danish Building Authority. The Danish Building Authority needs a solution that will function as the Danish Building Authority's primary professional system for IT support of the Danish Building Authority's professional center for rental and asset management. The solution must be delivered as a SaaS solution with the necessary configuration in order to support the Danish Building Authority's needs. The supplier must carry out implementation, including configuration, setup and data migration from the Danish Building Authority's existing system, training of the Danish Building Authority's users in accordance with the Danish Building Authority's needs prior to the provision of the solution. After the provision of the solution, the supplier must deliver the Service including operation, support and maintenance. The Danish Building Authority must use Navision Stat for collecting rent. This is supported by an external integration that must be accessed via an API exposed by the solution. The primary purpose of the solution is that it should: - Support the Building Authority's core tasks within letting, property administration, contract administration and collection, - Act as the primary source of central master data (properties, buildings, rental units, etc.), which is used across the Building Authority's business, - Support appropriate data registration and ensure traceability and audit and control options, and - be part of the Building Authority's overall IT architecture with integration platform and data platform and be part of the Building Authority's overall system landscape and overall IT and data strategy. The existing system currently has approx. 10 simultaneous users and contains approx. 5,300 contracts. The Building Authority expects that the upcoming solution after the data migration will contain between 2,000 and 2,500 contracts. The existing system currently also contains approx. 1,400 properties, 3,200 buildings, land and property objects, 500 customers, 6,300 rental units and 700 private landlords and/or administrators, and approximately 22,000 collections are made annually, for which data migration is to be carried out. II - THE MAIN SERVICES The contract includes the following main services: a) Initial Services: The Supplier must carry out implementation in the implementation phase, including configuration and setup of the Solution in close cooperation with the Danish Building Authority in accordance with the Danish Building Authority's needs, migration of data and training of users. b) Ongoing Services: The Supplier must, from the Date of Provision, make the Solution available to the Danish Building Authority in the form of a software-as-a-service, including operation, support and maintenance. c) Ordering Services: The Supplier must, at the request of the Danish Building Authority, provide Ordering Services for the Solution, including e.g. consultancy assistance for advice, training,configuration and establishment of integrations to the Danish Building Authority's other IT systems, as hourly-based services. d) Termination services: Upon full or partial termination of the Contract, regardless of the reason, the Supplier shall assist the Danish Building Authority to the extent relevant and necessary in connection with the transition of all data to the Danish Building Authority, other suppliers or authorities. with tender notice no. 00700878-2026 published on 13 Oct 2026.
