Service and maintenance of external areas on the Copenhagen campus (Aalborg University)

The Aalborg Universitet in Denmark from Europe region has released this tender for This tender concerns a framework agreement for service and maintenance of external areas. The tender relates to a tender with publication ID Publication 285128-2026, where only one conditional offer was received for the sub-agreement Campus Copenhagen, and there was therefore not sufficient competition to obtain a primary and secondary supplier, respectively. This tender contains largely the same requirements as in the tender with publication ID Publication 285128-2026, but tenderers are advised to review the tender documents again. The tender concerns an agreement that follows the geographical locations: • Campus Copenhagen It has been found most appropriate that the framework agreement covers an entire location, which is why no further division into sub-agreements has been made. The areas covered by the agreement appear from Appendix 7. These will be adjusted on an ongoing basis. With this tender, AAU wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a player that can be used in several different situations, including: A. fixed service for the care of green areas and paved areas in specific areas according to the operating map (hereinafter referred to as "fixed service"). The price for this includes a fixed fee that covers all costs associated with the execution thereof. This is described in more detail below. B. resources in the form of qualified employees and, if necessary, equipment for carrying out other tasks in green areas and paved areas, including service and contract tasks within, among other things, gardening, paving, asphalting, sewage, earthworks. Parallel framework agreements will be entered into with up to 2 suppliers in order of priority for each location. The primary supplier will be guaranteed delivery of the fixed service during the agreement period with the person in question (point A above). The situations described cover the fact that AAU wants a permanent partner who can not only perform service and maintenance of external areas, but can also be used for larger tasks within works related to the external areas. The contract start on 1 December 2026 assumes that there are no delays. It cannot therefore be ruled out that the contract start will be postponed if there are delays in relation to the implementation of the tender.
