The estimated value of the framework agreement for the total term is DKK 8,000,000 excl. VAT. The estimated value has been determined on the basis of AffaldPlus' historical consumption, expected future needs and other relevant operational conditions. The maximum value of the framework agreement is DKK 10,500,000 excl. VAT. The maximum value constitutes the total ceiling for purchases under the framework agreement. The estimated value is not a guarantee of a specific consumption or a specific turnover.
