Udbud af pumpestationer (centraliseringsprojekt) for AquaDjurs A/S

Tender Summary

The AquaDjurs A/S in Denmark from Europe region has released this tender for The task concerns pump deliveries in connection with AquaDjurs' overall centralization project in Syddjurs Municipality. The project includes the establishment of a new cut-off transport system with approximately 95 km of pressure pipelines, associated pumping stations and basin facilities, as well as the decommissioning of a number of existing treatment plants. The tendered agreement includes project optimization, contractor design, delivery, execution, testing, documentation, handover and commissioning of selected larger pumping stations and intermediate pumping stations, which are to be carried out as an integrated part of the overall transport system. Furthermore, the work will consist of coordination with the existing pump supplier of smaller pumps for use by approximately 6-7 pumping stations. The task will be carried out in stages as a main contract and requires close coordination with the Client, general consultant, pipeline contractors, construction contractors, the developer's SRO programmer and other suppliers. The contract basis will consist of an overall cooperation agreement and a conditional main contract, which will be concluded individually per stage. Each stage is divided into phases, where the conditional main contract will be updated after the end of phase 3, and the conditional status will lapse. The contract basis is based on AB18 with the Client's clarifications, and the Tenderer's attention is drawn to the requirement for the use of persons under training during execution. This tender is being made at a very early stage in the project with a view to involving the future main contractor in the further initial design of the centralization project. Directive 2014/25/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 (the “Supply Companies Directive”).
