SUPPLY AND MANAGEMENT OF SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR THE LIBRARY AND SERVICES OF THE CITY OF NIMES

The City of Nîmes (30) in France from Europe region has released this tender for The services cover the provision and management of all subscriptions that the departments may subscribe to. These subscriptions include French and foreign publications in physical and/or digital format, in one or more copies. For the purposes of this procurement, the City of Nîmes, acting as the contracting authority, is hereinafter referred to as the "public buyer". Place(s) of performance: Territory of the Municipality of Nîmes. Provision of similar services: Not applicable (framework agreement). This contract is awarded through an open tender procedure, in accordance with Articles R2124-2-1° and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The services are subject to a framework agreement giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders, concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. Pursuant to Article R2162-4-1° of the same code, it is concluded with an economic operator, with a minimum and a maximum value. The services under the framework agreement will be performed as purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority and will be paid for according to the unit prices in the catalog, plus management fees, based on the quantities actually performed. Management fees are calculated by applying to the catalog price the percentage of management fees indicated by the contractor in the commitment document. This contract is concluded for an initial period commencing on the date of notification and ending on the date of acceptance of all services stipulated in the contract.
