Oktober 2023 durch Neuabschluss eines EVBIT Systemvertrags über die Erstellung eines Gesamtsystems „sektoraler Identity Provider“ („sIDP“) ersetzt worden („sIDP-Vertrag“). Die zum Zeitpunkt des Vertragsschlusses geltenden Spezifikationen der gematik GmbH ("gematik") wurden durch den Erlass eines neuen Produkttypsteckbriefs (gemProdT_IDPSek_PTV_4.0.00 vom 10.07.2026) fortgeschrieben. Die hierdurch entstehenden zwingenden Produktanpassungen wird BITMARCK im Zuge der hier beschriebenen Auftragsänderung durch RISE ausführen lassen. Das Produkt sIDP als Dienst der Telematikinfrastruktur (TI) darf den Kassen/ Versicherten nur bereitgestellt werden, wenn es über eine Produktzulassung der gematik verfügt. Für deren Erhalt/Erteilung ist notwendig, dass das Produkt sIDP die jeweils aktuellen Vorgaben der Produkttypversionen einhält. Daneben wird die RISE verpflichtet, spezifische Kassen/Kundenanforderungen als Features umzusetzen.
