Provision of armed and unarmed security services for BINUH and WFP in Haiti

The UN Secretariat in Haiti from Americas region had released this tender for The United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti (BINUH) and the World Food Program (WFP) in Haiti have a requirement for qualified service providers who have a proven track record in providing armed and unarmed security services to support their operational requirement in Haiti. The services will be provided in their Headquarters at the Karibe Hotel and other locations in Port-au-Prince, and regions in Haiti. The detailed scope of requirements will be provided in the UN's Request for Proposal (RFP), which will be emailed to all vendors responding to this EOI, in consideration of the conditions listed below. No further details will be made available prior to the issuance and dispatch of the RFP. Conditions: 1. Interested companies are invited to submit their Expression Of Interest (EOI) by e-mail as indicated below or thhrough this portal. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the information requested in the vendor response form 2. If not registered with the UNGM, interested companies can access the registration website: www.ungm.org for registration and other necessary information. The registration for the services required is FREE and MANDATORY. Companies not meeting the above conditions will not be invited for competitive bidding). Important Notice: 3. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. BINUH and WFP reserve the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 4.
