The overall objective of the Project is to improve the living conditions of the inhabitants of the North region of Haiti, by improving hygiene and management practices and the implementation of management and disposal infrastructure. final solid waste.
The Government intends to use part of the proceeds of this financing to make payments under the Contract for the technical control and supervision of the design and construction of the Integrated Solid Waste Management Center (CGIDS) of snuff.
The objective of the Mission is to ensure, on behalf of the Technical Execution Unit of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (UTE/MEF), the services of analysis and validation of the execution files and supervision of the design, construction and operation and maintenance manual of the Integrated Solid Waste Management Center (CGIDS) of Mouchinette.
The Consultant shall (i) approve the detailed preliminary design of the works, (ii) supervise the construction works of the Technical Landfill Center, the Leachate Treatment Facilities and the Sorting and Composting Center (iii) validate the CGIDS operating manual (iv) ensure the integrity of the condition and proper functioning of the works and equipment until the end of the warranty period. with tender notice no.
