Amennyiben a keretösszeg a jelen szerződés hatályba lépésétől számított 36 hónapig terjedő határozott időtartamnál hamarabb kimerül, a szerződés minden további jogcselekmény nélkül megszűnik. Ajánlatkérő a keretösszeg 70 %-a erejéig lehívási kötelezettséget vállal. Legjelentősebb desztinációk: Frankfurt, Brüsszel, London, Párizs, Luxembourg, Távol -Kelet, Amerika. Ajánlatkérőnek éves szinten megközelítőleg 1 200 db (+/- 20 %) hivatalos útja van, amelyek túlnyomó része repülővel történik, a többi vonattal, autóval.
