Az évente közel 1500 rendezvényen több mint 1 millió látogató fordul meg a Müpában, a látogatói összetétel mind korosztály mind társadalmi státusz szerint széleskörű és változatos. 2021-ben a Müpa kapta azt a megbízást, hogy Bartók Tavasz és Liszt Ünnep néven két, a maga kategóriájában prémium minőségű összművészeti kulturális fesztivált szervezzen, széles műfaji skálával, több helyszínen és változatos célközönséggel. Az ajánlattevő feladata a felolvasólap melléklete szerint részletezett paramétereknek megfelelő médiaportfolióba tartozó médiumokban hirdetési szolgáltatások nyújtása. A megajánlott szolgáltatásnak minden kategóriára vonatkozóan kell tartalmaznia médiumokat. A Müpa Nonprofit Kft. a működésének zavartalan biztosításához szükségesnek tartja ezen szolgáltatások beszerzését, ugyanakkor tekintettel a jelen gazdasági helyzetre, 100%-os állami tulajdonú intézmény lévén, az államháztartási gazdálkodás dinamikus változásaihoz való alkalmazkodásra való tekintettel, a keretösszeg 50%-ig vállal lehívási kötelezettséget a felelős gazdálkodás elvei alapján.
