A járóképes Alvázra 48 hónap a felépítményre 12 hónap jótállás vállalása kötelező. A Gépjárműveket Ajánlattevőnek közúti közlekedésre megfelelő felszereltséggel, közúti forgalomban való részvételre levizsgáztatva, műszaki vizsgával, rendszámmal, hatósági jelzésekkel és üzembentartáshoz előírt tartozékokkal ellátva forgalomképes állapotban kell átadni. A forgalomba helyezést, a rendszám és a forgalmi engedély beszerzést az Ajánlattevő végzi, melyhez Vevő a szükséges meghatalmazást, kötelező biztosítást az alapadatok rendelkezésre bocsátása után 5 munkanapon belül biztosítja Ajánlattevő köteles az üzemszerű használatra vonatkozóan helyszíni (teljesítési hely szerint) betanítást tartani 3+2 fő részére, minimum 2-2 órában és erről jegyzőkönyvet készíteni. Ha Ajánlatkérő valahol az ajánlatkérésben dokumentációban konkrét gyártmányra, típusra hivatkozik, azt úgy kell olvasni, hogy a hivatkozás mellett a ",vagy azzal egyenértékű" kifejezés szerepel. Ilyen esetben az egyenértékűség igazolása Ajánlattevő kötelezettsége már az ajánlattételkor.
