Where the Union will distribute vouchers to a number of needy families and orphans and disburse them within a network of qualified and approved merchants in a number of West Bank governorates . Rehabilitation consists of three parts : First : Ensure the legal and tax status of the merchant . Second : the absorptive capacity to provide the most widely consumed and diversified stationery and school bags . Third : Examining the prices of the most sold commodities and their compatibility with the selling price in the local market . Those qualified to participate in the qualification : Retailers and wholesalers selling school bags and stationery, and/or bookstores . For those wishing to participate in the qualification, send a "letter of interest" along with the company or library registration certificate via the following e-mail executive@ucs-pal.org Delivery time : The last date for submitting all qualification documents and offers , signed and sealed, is Thursday, 7/27/2023, until 2:30 p.m. Place of delivery : The branch office of the Union of Charitable Associations / Jerusalem located in Beit Jala, Al-Sahel / Al-Najjar Street, Beit Al-Nour Building.
