Phase 3 (the subject of this expression of interest) consists of the construction of the State Highway interchange itself and also includes the completion of the connections between Sands Avenue and Te Okuroa Drive. There is potential, subject to Phase 3 contractors performance, to include Phase 4 scope into the Phase 3 contract, which is additional roading infrastructure on Te Okuroa Drive to provide access to future commercial or retail areas.
