To align with the wider solid waste procurement approach and allow for uncertainty around the landfill consent the following sets out the separable portions and terms for the Contract Works. • Separable Portion 1 - Broadlands Landfill Operation, Term 4 years (extension subject to consent up to a maximum of 2 years) • Separable Portion 2 - Broadlands RRC, Kinloch RTS, Mangakino RTS, Term 2 years + 2 years (extension to align to wider solid waste contracts).
