The overall objective is to strengthen active modes of travel as a key mode of travel to schools, thereby competing effectively with private vehicle use. The successful implementation of this project will contribute to the reduction of VKT and support the achievement of central government’s transport targets in the Emissions Reduction Plan. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to undertake safety audit reviews for the walking and cycling designs that are part of the Transport Choices Package.
