The Project scope comprises: • construct a 30-bed ward and eight-bed ICU (six beds fully fitted out and two shell rooms) building with support building services infrastructure; • deliver a fully operational facility; • quality of construction shall be of a high standard; and • construction activity shall not impact on Waitakere operations.
