Tenderers will require Painting Contractor Certification Program (PCCP) accreditation for coating application works Category 3: Protective Coating, to a minimum Class 3. Accreditation certification must be included in tender submission. Only tenderers pre-qualified to 3C under the terms of the Transport Agency’s Prequalification System are eligible to submit a tender.
