1 1 This Agreement governs the relationship between the Contractor and the Customer in the provision of communications services by the Contractor as well as the supply of Equipment for the purpose of rendering the Services In accordance with the terms of this Agreement the Contractor provides Services and the Customer pays for the Services rendered in accordance with the terms of this Agreement 1 2 Services are rendered on the basis of the Agreement concluded between the Contractor and the Customer The rights and obligations of the Parties to the Agreement may not be transferred to other persons except in the manner prescribed by law or the Agreement In the event of transfer of the Subscriber Device with an attached SIM USIM card to third parties the Customer is responsible for all actions performed by the third party using the telephone number including obligations to pay for services ordered using the telephone number The Customer agrees that while using the telephone number the third party may have access to information about the Services rendered and other data about the Customer received by the Contractor under the Agreement 1 3 Communication services are provided on the basis of the Contractor s current licenses issued by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications Information Technology and Mass Media a full list of which is provided in the Appendix to the Agreement The Appendix is posted on the Contractor s Website and is an integral part of the Agreement 1 4 Using the Code Word the Contractor identifies the Customer when contacting information services when receiving information about the Customer and the Services rendered when connecting disconnecting Additional Services The Customer is responsible for all transactions performed using the Code Word and fulfills all obligations to pay for the Services rendered Transactions to change the number re-register or terminate the Agreement are not performed using the Code Word 1 5 The Customer guarantees to the Contractor that the Services goods and or works provided by the Contractor to the Customer under this Agreement and supplementary agreements hereto are not provided and are not used by the Customer for state defense procurement 1 6 For the purpose of displaying call initiator information on the screen of the Called Subscriber s device the Contractor activates the Label service for the Customer on all numbers allocated by the Contractor under the Agreement Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in Table 1 within the Label service the Contractor will use the Customer s abbreviated name if absent the full name will be abbreviated from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs USRLE EGRIPLE as call initiator information as well as the call category determined based on the Customer s primary activity specified in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities EGRIPLE in accordance with the format requirements posted at https www beeline ru ot-etiketka
