1. The South African Nursing Council (SANC) hereby invites all potential service providers for the above-mentioned bid.
2. Bids will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point/scoring system. The bids will be evaluated in three states: stage 1 – Administrative Compliance, stage 2 – Functionality, and stage 2 – Price and Specific Goals.
3. The bid must be deposited in the tender box using the following methods of submission:
3.1. Envelope 01: This envelope is for technical/administrative documents only- one (01) original document.
3.2. Envelope 02: This envelope is for pricing only, i.e., pricing schedule and/or the formal quote by the bidder - one (01) original.
3.3. The bidder is also required to submit proposals in a USB flash drive.
4. The compulsory site briefing session will be held as follows:
