OBJECTIVE OF THE RFP 3.1 The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with one or more successful bidder(s) and select one or more suitable contractor(s). 3.2 Sci-Bono is requesting a combined, fixed-price proposal for the delivery of Project Management services. Specifically, we require a project manager resource to help with the execution of a mission critical project. This includes all business requirements gathering/scoping, task delivery oversight, meeting coordination, quality testing and status reporting as required. 3.3 This project manager will have accountability for multiple workstreams related to the successful implementation of project. This end-to-end project management approach will require project commissioning, which will include training of Sci-Bono Staff for sustainability. 3.4 Bidders are requested to propose the best and most cost-effective solution to meet SCIBONO requirements, while ensuring a high level of service.
