Prequalification The manufacturer should have the following documents 1) Certificate of registration in a. the country of manufacturer b. Sri Lanka c. other countries where the product is registered 2) Evidence of current use in the country of manufacture 3) Evidence of current use in reference countries namely USA, UK and Ireland. Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, Italy The amount of Bid Bond: LKR 6,239,793.00 or USD 17,644.00. Non refundable Bid Fee Rs. 60,000.00 + Taxes..
