The covers containing the bids should be marked, "Bid Invitation for Electrical Maintenance Work - Year 2023/2024" at the left-side top corner. Bids should be accompanied with either the receipt received from the Shroff's Section of the Kandy National Hospital for the payment of the Bid Security, by cash or a Bid Security of Rs. 100,000.00 valid up to 30.10.2024 obtained from a reputed bank or an Insurance Company and drawn in favour of the Director, National Hospital, Kandy. Bids received will be opened at 10.30 a.m. on 04.08.2023 and one of representatives of bidders can be present at the bid opening.
