Sealed bids in duplicate shall be deposited in the tender box available at the office of Property Development Limited, Floor 19, Bank of Ceylon Headquarters Building, "BOC Square", No. 01, Bank of Ceylon Mawatha, Colombo 01. or sent by registered post addressed to The Chief Executive Officer, Property Development Limited, Floor 19, Bank of Ceylon Headquarters Building, "BOC Square", No. 01, Bank of Ceylon Mawatha, Colombo 01 of the above address to reach at or before 1500 hrs on 24 August 2023. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened immediately after closing. Bidders or their representatives may attend at the bid opening. The bid shall be valid up to 23 November 2023 (91 Days from date of dosing the bids). Bid shall be accompanied by a bid security for Rupees One Hundred Thousand Only (Rs.100,000/-) in the form of Bank Guarantee using the form of Bid Security included under Section VII of the Bidding Document or an official cheque issued by a licensed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka, which shall be valid up to 21 December 2023 (119 Days from date of closing the bids).
