A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission
of a written application to the Regional Director of Health Services Office, Kalmunai and upon payment
of a non -refundable fee of Rupees 1,000/= per package in cash at the Financial Unit , Office of the
Regional Director of Health Services Kalmunai during office hours up to 15.00 hours from 19.04.2023 to
15.05.2023
> All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security addressed to the Regional Director of Health Services
Office, Kalmunai valid for 60 days from the date of the bid opening as specified in the above Table.
> Bids shall reach the Chairman Regional Procurement Committee, of Regional Director of Health Services
Office, Police Station Road, Kalmunai at or before 2.30 p.m. on 16.05. 2023. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders / representatives who choose to
attend.
> The Regional Procurement Committee decision will be final. Further, RDHS has the right to accept or
reject any Bid without adducing any reasons and RDHS will not be responsible for any costs or expenses
incurred by the prospective bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids.
