Batticaloa, for an Amount of Sri Lanka Rupees Mentioned in Table-01, Which should be Obtained from a Reputed
Commercial Bank Operating in Sri Lanka, Approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, Valid up to 25.09.2023.
Bid Security should Be "Unconditional on Demand" and in the Format Given with the Bidding Documents.
Sealed Bids shall be Addressed to the Chairman, Procurement Committee and Delivered in Duplicate to the
Office of Regional Director of Health Services, Batticaloa, Trinco Road, Batticaloa.
I. The Deadline for Submission of Bids will be 10.00 a.m. On 09.05.2023 and Bids will be Opened Soon after the
Closing. Late Bids shall be Rejected.
