Bids should be submitted only 011 documents purchased from the CEB. Please note that if the bidder is not the manufacturer, the authorized Suppliers/Agents should submit the letter of authorization issued by the Lubricating oil manufacturer. Bids may be sent by registered post to reach Deputy General Manager (Thermal Complex), 1st Floor, Generation Headquarters, Ceylon Electricity Board, New Kelani Bridge Road, Kolonnawa, Wellampitiya 10600 at or before 10.00 hrs of 27^1 September 2023 or could be deposited in the Bid box provided for this purpose at the same office before the stated deadline.
