A 5% preference will be given for the Contractors who are registered with in the Central Province. To be eligible for contract award, the successful bidder shall be currently registered with the construction industry Development Authority (CIDA) in any grade given in the above table in highway specialty A complete set of bidding documents shall be delivered on or before 14.00 hrs on 10.08.2023 by hand or Registered post in duplicate with the Copy of registration form of the Register of Public Contract, to the Provincial Director's Office, Asgiriya, Kandy. Offers shall be marked on top left hand corner of the envelope the Contract Name and Number. Late bids will be rejected unopened.
