The method of payment should be in cash. Sealed Bids shall be sent either by registered post or by hand reach to the address given below on or before 14.30 hrs on 24.08.2023. Late bids will be rejected, unopened. Bids will be opened soon after the closing of bids, at the 06th floor “Meeting Room”, National Lotteries Board, No.32, Deshamanya N.W.J.Mudalige Mawatha, Colombo 01 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid security of Thirty Thousand Rupees (Rs.30,000.00) issued only by a commercial bank registered under Central Bank of Sri Lanka to beneficiary as Chairman, National Lotteries Board, No.32, Deshamanya N.W.J.Mudalige Mawatha, Colombo 01 and the validity period of the bid security shall be 24.08.2023 to 09.11.2023. The successful bidder should furnish a performance bond which is 10% of the Contract value.
