The method of payment by cash and should be paid to the shroff . A pre Bid meeting will be held on 15th of August 2023 at 10.00 a.m. at Provincial Department of Education. Sealed bids marked “Relevant Package Name & Package No.” on top left hand corner of the envelope and must be delivered under registered cover with the duplicate copy to the The Chairman, Procurement Committee, Department of Education, Kandy or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Accounts Branch of the Department on or before 10.00 a.m. on 25.08.2023. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing of Bids and for the opening, bidder or bidders’ authorized representatives can be participated. Bids shall be Valid till 25.11.2023 and All Bids must be Accompanied by Bid Securities from a Commercial Bank Approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka as Mentioned Above..
