Aluthgama – Kottawa - Battaramulla Bids must be accompanied by a Bid security (Valid up to 28.12.2023) for the amount of Rs. 125,000.00. Any Bid not accompanied by a valid Bid Security will be rejected. All pages of the bidding Document shall be initialled by the bidder and required to place his official seal. 6. Bidding documents may be inspected free of charge at the office of Procurement Division, Road Development Authority, 4th floor, “Maganeguma Mahamedura”, No. 216, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mw, Koswatta, Battaramulla during the office hours. Complete set of bidding documents shall be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Director, Procurement Division, Road Development Authority, 4th floor, “Maganeguma Mahamedura”, No. 216, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mw, Koswatta, Battaramulla from 08.08.2023 until 29.08.2023 during office hours on 9:00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. upon payment of a nonRefundable Tender fee of Rupees. 3450.00.00 (Inclusive of VAT) per each document by depositing to the Bank of Ceylon – Corporate Branch Account Number 0000001943 in favor of Director General, Road Development Authority for contract. The original payment slip should be produced when purchasing the Bid Documents. As per the public contract act.no.3 of 1987, the agent and successful winners of the tender shall be registered in the Department of Registrar of companies.
