The site is located on Seestrasse in Oberrieden (ZH). The work will be carried out in several phases while the facility remains operational. Project Objective The objective of the project is a completely renovated and operationally safe Lake Police base with modern, standards-compliant, and energy-efficient sanitary facilities. The sanitary facilities are designed for reliable use, high availability, and a robust, low-maintenance construction, and form an integral part of the overall project. Contractor Services Sought: Qualified companies are sought for the execution of the sanitary facilities in the main project, encompassing demolition, renovation of existing structures, and new construction, including all necessary services within this trade. For better orientation, the building permit plans are attached to this tender. They provide interested companies with an initial overview of the location, scope, and surroundings of the work. Sanitary Work: As part of the main project, all sanitary facilities in the main building are to be demolished, existing facilities are to be renovated and upgraded, and new sanitary facilities are to be installed in the extension. The services include, in particular, the cold, hot, and compressed air distribution, including circulation, supports, fittings, and shut-off valves; the wastewater and stormwater drainage systems, including the main drains; and the insulation of the pipes. This includes the supply and installation of sanitary fixtures and installation elements, as well as supply and disposal equipment, specifically wastewater pumping stations and oil separators, pressure boosting and water softening systems, technical compressed air systems and breathing gas compressed air systems, domestic hot water preparation with fresh water station and storage tank, as well as gas detection systems and portable fire extinguishers. Pressure tests, commissioning, and instruction of operating personnel are also part of the services.
