The Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) IT department requires an Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution to replace Microsoft Identity Management (MIM), whose lifecycle ends on January 9, 2029. Therefore, FDFA IT is seeking a service provider capable of offering a suitable replacement solution. This solution must be able to replicate the functionalities of MIM and provide a suitable user portal. In addition to the replacement product, support services during the design and migration phases should be provided. During the first four years of operation, and optionally for an additional eight years, resources must be allocated for operation and development. Licenses must be guaranteed for the entire duration of the contract.
