The information management solutions should respond to Caritas Spes’ need for user-friendliness, flexibility, data security and data protection. Your duties The goal of the consultancy is to provide actionable recommendations on how Caritas Spes can implement a long-term information management solution, which allows for the following: Data collection in areas with possible internet connectivity issues Data storage in a secure database Data processing (e.g., data cleaning, merging, joining, blending, pivoting, calculating, etc) Data analysis Data visualization for communication and reporting purposes The solution will be employed to store and process personal data of socioeconomically vulnerable individuals, whom Caritas Spes aims to support, as well as for the storing and processing of humanitarian project monitoring data. It is expected that the volume of the data will not exceed 150 MB per project and that annually 5-10 new projects will use the solution. Key considerations include: Caritas Spes is looking to utilize the information management system for agile and near-real time project monitoring; therefore, solutions that offer a high degree of automation for data processing, analysis, and visualization are highly desirable In addition, Caritas Spes is looking to utilize the information management system for registering the personal data of humanitarian programming beneficiaries.
